FEI performed services from the sketch plan, feasibility, Surveying through to full Site Design and Permitting. FEI prepared the Site Plans for the proposed 4,800 square feet automated carwash and vacuum facility. FEI worked with the Client to subdivide and existing tract into two future parcels, one for the proposed facility and one that is reserved for future development. FEI provided a stormwater device that provides each tract to be built out the maximum allowed.
