FEI performed Surveying, Site Design and Permitting for a proposed 2,200 square feet Starbucks with Drive Thru. The project required the demolition of an existing facility on the outparcel and FEI worked with the design to maintain as much of the existing infrastructure as possible. FEI worked closely with the Architect, City of Greensboro and Client. FEI also provided Construction Staking, Support and As-builts.
